* All orders are packaged under security cameras and are photo documented for security reasons & to prevent fraudulent chargebacks.

 

 

All orders take 2-3 days to process and ship

Orders placed during Major Holidays, Sales, etc. Takes up to 7 days to process/ Fulfill then its shipped 

 

After Your order has been shipped, Allow 1-5 DAYS to receive your package, Depending on your desired shipping speed

 

It is the customers responsibility to check their tracking number and be home for their delivery.  Customers must ship their order to a trusted address where they will receive their order safely. 

 

MISS LONDYN is not responsible or liable for Missing or Late Packages.  Unfortunately, We do not offer replacement packages. Be home to collect your package. ALL sales are final.

MISS LONDYN has no control over package delays due to carriers. IF a package arrives late, We do not offer returns. All sales are final. Questions about deliveries must be directed to the carrier, once your order has shipped off, The carrier will have more information regarding your package and delivery!

 

IF YOUR PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT, PLEASE CONTACT USPS TO OPEN A CLAIM. AGAIN, The customer is responsible to be home to collect their package/ ship to a safe address. 

 

If USPS mishandles your package or your package is lost/not updating, Please contact us ASAP, so we can open a claim to find your package. We do not issue refunds for lost packages unless USPS finalizes that the package is lost.
