Order Processing and Shipping Information
Order Processing:
Once your order is placed, we process your payment and package the items for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description (such as for pre-order items).
Pre-Order Items:
Items marked as pre-order will ship on the date specified in the product description. If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are eligible for store credit only; refunds are not available. Please note that all cancellations are subject to an 8% restocking fee. Store credit will be issued within 24 hours of your cancellation.
Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns:
We are currently not accepting returns. All sales are final.
Final Sale:
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless explicitly stated. Any delivery inquiries should be directed to the carrier once the package has shipped.
Holiday and Sale Period Orders:
During major holidays and sale events, please allow up to 7 days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment.
Shipping Times:
After your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 1-5 business days, depending on your selected shipping speed.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and be available for delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address where you can safely receive your package.
Package Delays and Missing Packages:
MISS LONDYN is not responsible for missing or delayed packages. Once your order has shipped, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for delayed deliveries. We advise that you monitor your tracking number for updates and contact the carrier directly for issues regarding delivery status.
In the Event of a Missing Package:
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to USPS to file a claim. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is safe and secure.
Lost Packages:
In the event that USPS mishandles or loses your package, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim. We cannot issue refunds for lost packages unless USPS confirms that the package is lost.
