HOW LONG IS ORDER PROCESSING?

It takes 2 Business days for ALL Orders to ship from the date you placed your order, unless stated otherwise on product description. Pre-Order items will ship on the date said in the description. Processing occurs MONDAY- FRIDAY. If you placed an order on the weekend or Holiday, It will began to process MONDAY. ( Business Days = MONDAY - FRIDAY)

Black Friday - Cyber Monday Orders take up to 7 days to process and ship with your desired shipping speed.
 

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

After Processing, Standard Shipping is 2-3 Business days. Express shipping is 1-2 Business days. Packages may require a signature to receive it. We cannot control Delivery Delays caused by USPS.
 

WHY WAS MY ORDER FLAGGED/CANCELLED?

  To avoid disruptions with our processing and shipping time frame, Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it. All sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Items purchased on sale or with a discount, are final sale.

If your Order was Flagged for Fraud with our Systems, Your order is automatically cancelled and reported.

 
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We are NOT accepting any returns or exchanges at this time due to
COVID-19

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To avoid disruption with our processing and shipping time frames, Once an order is placed, We cannot cancel it. Please contact Customer Support for all Inquires 

 

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T UPDATING

If your USPS package not updating, Please contact us ASAP. USPS is known for not scanning in packages or taking an extra amount of time to scan in packages. We will do everything we can to locate your package.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING\STOLEN? WHAT DO I DO?

Please make sure to submit the correct address that you know is safe and not know for package theft. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you.
Once we send your package, the liability is between you and USPS  however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. We do not issue refunds for lost packages unless USPS finalizes that the package is lost by them.

ARE SHIPPING REFUNDS OFFERED FOR LATE PACKAGES?


 Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on shipping costs due to carrier delays, as they are beyond our control.
